Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.
It’s a gift to talk to people every day about the solutions that could be incorporated to elevate their lives.
Often times, people are stuck in the disbelief of how they got to where they are or pondering their purpose in life. Then I ask the magic question, if everything could be ‘right’ in your world, can you close your eyes right now and tell me exactly how that looks?
It’s hard to know where we are going if we have no idea what it might look like when we arrive. The arrival could be a place, feeling, achievement, relationship, or whatever it is to you.
I’m always up for feeding my soul and awareness for what that is and how it felt was cultivated on my yoga mat. Most of my life I simply didn’t know and floated around.
It’s OK if that’s where you are, too.
However, I encourage you in the quiet moments when you’re all alone to get still and really listen to the whispers of what could set you soul on fire. And then make a pact with yourself to always follow the flame!
