Creating has always been a big part of who iam.

For as long as I can remember, I found it very therapeutic and healing to work and create with my hands. Through this expressive artwork, I am able to experience more balanced energy in my own life, while sharing my art & goods with others.

I have always strived to be in tune with Mother Nature and all her beauty. I have committed to the effort of increasing awareness of the unnecessary waste in our everyday lives, in order to be able to sustain a healthy environment.

After graduating from Cosmetology school in 2001, I began my career working with Aveda. This immediately sparked my interest in natural hair and skin care products. Moving to Florida in 2003, I worked in a high-end salon and quickly learned how to adapt to a fast-paced and efficient business environment.

With these skills, I opened my salon, The Roots, in the LaCrosse Depot, in July of 2007. Having experienced working with a few different color lines and product lines through my practicing years, as well as experiencing different physical ailments throughout those years, I was ready to fully commit to using naturally based haircare lines. As my practice grew, as well as the availability of natural/organic haircare and color lines, I realized the benefits that clean products offered both professionally as well as personally.

Joining GreenHouse Holistic Co-op in August of 2019, I found my home. Being aligned with other professionals, sharing the same passion for our guests' wellbeing as well as our own, has been such a rewarding experience, as well as igniting a new spark in my holistic journey. Rounding out my second decade in the industry, I can honestly say that each day brings new excitement, as well as contentment, knowing I am offering the healthiest experience that I can for my guests, as well as myself.

GreenHouse has also given me space to combine my passion for creating and my commitment to the effort of sustaining a healthy lifestyle through making my handmade, sustainable goods available in our Apothecary Boutique and holding space for my workshops in our Community Room.
