How do I book an appointment?

We appreciate your patience and understanding of a new business philosophy. Although we unite and work together to create a full experience for you, we do run like a co-op of independent businesses and currently do NOT have a front desk. We all shift through and work our hardest to help guide your appointments and answer questions.

To support our Co-op, we offer one united online booking portal on Vagaro, although some providers have their own booking systems that are linked through their individual member page.

The easiest way to book a session with the practitioner of your choice is to visit our GreenHouse Co-op Member Directory to find the individual page for the practitioner you’d like to work with. On their individual member page, you will find a Book Now button that takes you to their scheduling link.

Our classes and workshops are mostly booked directly with the facilitator offering and you can find all information for how to book the specific class or workshop you’re interested in on the event listing here.

How do I choose which provider I want to work with or what type of session is best for me?

We consider our services here at GreenHouse to be Integrated Services, meaning that we’ve brought together Organic Healing Beauty and Holistic Health & Wellness to offer mind, body, spirit, and beauty services, as well as classes and workshops.

Our practitioners have designed their services to meet your needs on a physical, emotional, energetic, mental, and spiritual level.

When it comes to selecting a service, we recommend that you read our service descriptions in Vagaro or explore the featured services for our Members on their individual pages. We have much information in both places about the specifics of the session such as what’s included, duration, and cost.

Beyond that, we invite you to feel into your Intuition to see what practitioner would most resonate for you at this time or what service you may find most supportive.

If you’re new to Intuition, here are some steps that may be helpful for you in this process.

Using your intuition when choosing: we support you and empower you to feel your way through our website and choosing the service and provider that is best for you.

We invite you to take a few deep breaths and connect to Mother Earth and Father Sky. Feel the energy in your belly and through your breath. Place your intention for your highest good, lead with your heart and follow your gut.

Ask if you get a yes or no? Feel heart flutters or tense pulls. These help indicate your best direction.

We hope you find these suggestions helpful and they carry through all of life.

Though each beauty and wellness professional may offer similar services, but no one service will ever be the exact same. Please listen to your heart when choosing what fits and feels best for YOU for service or provider.

How do I sign up for a class?

Classes and workshops are visible and available on our Events & Workshop Page here on our website, as well as on our GreenHouse Holistic Co-op Facebook Page. Please follow the information on the event you’re interested in to sign up or enroll in the event or workshop.

Do you sell product?

YES! YES! YES! A beautiful selection of local, green, organic products to support mind, body, spirit, & beauty are available through our Apothecary Boutique. You can shop in our La Crosse, Wisconsin store, as well as purchase select products online.

What our your hours?

We currently have varied hours and apologize for any inconsistency or inconvenience.

Our goal is to utilize our beautiful space 24/7. We are a home for start ups, developed, and integrated businesses for providers to choose hours best based upon there personal and professional needs.

Customized hours are available upon request. If you do not see a time that fits your needs please reach out via phone or contact provider directly.

As we continue to build and shift, our hours do VARY! You may receive a message to use certain doors during certain times to meet your service provider and they will let you in directly.

We hope to continue to build where the transitions will soon be seamless.

How do I become a member?

Thank you for considering become a member of our GreenHouse Holistic Co-op! Our mission is to continue to grow and collaborating, so we have ongoing opportunities.

We invite you to learn more about becoming a member and the steps for joining us.

We also welcome welcome all guest providers to join our collaboration program called Friends of the Co-op. Among other perks of this program, you will be on call for retreats or pop up shops. We have many opportunities to shine your light and provide your gifts.

Can I teach or facilitate a class, workshop or series at your Co-op?

YES! YES! YES! We would love to have you! Our mission was built with you in mind!! We have multiple options for you to be a part of our Community Room.

I am a start up holistic business, are there any opportunities for me??

YES! YES! YES! Our mission is to encourage others to offer their gifts and turn their passions into careers! We have opportunities to support you. You may resonate with ou program or find one of our starting tiers as a Co-op Member to be a better fit for you. You can learn more about both below.

Can I help facilitate a retreat?

YES! We would love to explore holding space with you for a retreat at GreenHouse. You can visit our Retreat Center page and scroll down to the bottom to learn more about current opportunities. If they resonate, please use the form there to send us more information about you and your work.

I have an established clientele and currently work as an employee, is this a good place for me to transition to fulfill my heart and abundance culture?

YES! GreenHouse is a perfect opportunity to transition with minimal start up and collaboration of referrals. We would be honored if you consider us!
