Mason is a RYT 500 and ERYT 200 yoga teacher whose passion is teaching and sharing sound healing. He has taught at envision and sonic bloom as well as other Midwest festivals.
Mason and Gia have also hosted workshops across the country and trained many sound healers! Masons instrument of choice is the gong. They have an amazing set up with multiple planetary gongs.
Gia Is an an evolutionary philosopher with an interest in alchemical lineages, cosmology and consciousness studies. Gia uses Tibetan bowls directly on the body to facilitate vibrational massage.
They have both previously managed yoga studios and as freelance consultants, work almost exclusively across the national wellness industry advising on marketing, strategy and operations
Rebeca is a Licensed Acupuncturist.Her education includes earning a Master of Oriental Medicine and advanced training in the US and China. She specializes in compassionate, intuitive diagnostics. Using over 20 years of holistic training and experience caring for a wide variety of individuals. Addressing physical, spiritual and mental health maladies as well as preventative care. This is a 4 week prenatal yoga series that will provide support to the transformational process of pregnancy. This series will be a blend of functional movement with a yoga framework.
The series will share yoga concepts and philosophy that can provide support during pre-natal, birth, and post-natal stages. Above all, the hope for the series is to empower pregnant women in their transition into motherhood.
