Monica will lead each drum session with intention, after each participants will have the opportunity to share. Monica shares specific personalized attuned messages through your experience and hers.
This is not a musician drum circle, it is literally for everyone. No music talent or rhythm necessary.
The month of February is the love month, where we practice self-love and self-care.
We have an opportunity to use the month of February as a support in transforming your
goals into reality.
This time is about kindness and love, and we will use the vibration of the drum to embark on an adventure to turn your dreams into tangible steps
and aspirations, blending heartfelt authenticity with mindful planning.
We will use the flow of our body, mind, spirit and creative self, and to acknowledge your heart, your purpose, and discover the power of this transformative energy.
Sacred love messages will be revealed and shared with the group.
