This is not a musician drum circle, it is literally for everyone. No music talent or rhythm necessary.
As we are preparing for fall to arrive, We invite you to sit in circle and drum to reflect and release the summer season, so that we can create space for fall to arrive.
The vibrations of the drum will help us to keep an open heart and mind as we embark on this new and wondrous season. We will feel more balanced and aligned.
