Her qualifications include a master's degree in physical education with an emphasis in outdoor pursuits and a bachelor's degree in exercise science. She is a registered nurse and running coach. She is seeking board-certification in the nursing specialty of health and wellness coaching.

All packages are available in 4 -12 week options. All packages include hourly sessions each week along with access to Jill's online coaching platform. Options to meet in-person or on-line.

Rates:

4 weeks: $800 - $200 per week

6 weeks: $1050 - $175 per week

8 weeks: $1200 - $150 per week

12 weeks: $1500 - $125 per week
